Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I paid my account up and ask the consultant to cancel my wifi. What a mission. I was told pay this amount which I paid then it will be canceled. My wifi is off since August which mean I did not make use of the service so why is there any outstanding amounts... On top of this I received a sms from a debt collector because of you. I want this to be correct immediately.
