Worst experience EVER

on the 15th of July 2015, i went to the Telkom Store, in Vaal Mall, to apply for a contract phone as advertised in their booklets!! I filled in the paperwork and was told that they can only submit the forms once they had stock of the phones. <br> One week passed and i didn't hear anything from them, and had to go to the shop, only to stand in a line for 40 minutes to find out with a very bad attitude that they still do not have stock of the phone!!! I asked them for a number to phone, because i stay far from the mall and it is more convenient to phone.<br> I waited one week again and phoned them to check the status of the situation, but no one answered the phone, so i had to drive to the store again, only to wait in a long line for 53 minutes to find out, no stock!!<br> The same scenario got repeated twice there after and now i am standing in a line once again waiting to hear what is going on, even though one of the employees told me that they do not have stock.<br> This is TOTALLY unacceptable, and unprofessional!!
