Worst experience before installation.

I requested telkoms home fiber installation at my house. The fiber was supposed to be installed within 5 to 7 days. On Saturday Smanga Khumalo contacted me to come and do the installation. After viewing the location he said that the fiber box is too far away. He said that he will speak to the people to move it closer or make a plan on monday. Monday came and i phoned the guy to find out whats going to happen. He dropped the call on me. After I kept phoning him he eventually answered on the 9th time i phoned him. He said that i need to sort out that the fiber box gets closer and its not his responsibility. So if i want to install telkom home internet i need to basically do it myself. Worst experience before i even received anything!
