Worst experience

I closed my account 4 months ago in the Clearwater branch and today I received phone calls and msgs from nudebt services saying that I owe you guys money and my account is still active ?? I have tried calling you people trying to find out what's going on but no avail. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I could possibly be blacklisted because of your incompetence? I will advise as many people as I can to never do business with you. Our business is clearly not safe with you and I'm actually just disgusted with the whole 2 years of service I've experienced with you people. I refuse to call you again to try get through to sort this out and also what is aggravating is that you have not called me to say that I owe you money ? It's left for months later ? What kind of a business are you people running ?
