WORST EVER TELKOM EXPERIENCE

Worst ever experience with Telkom. Having already 2 contracts with them, I was offered another ''sim only deal'' to which they could call me extremely fast and take down all my details. The very day the package was delivered I called Telkom to then cancel (because you have 7 days in which to do so) I did it in time. It is now 3 weeks, I managed to cancel the item on my online Telkom profile but is yet to speak an agent as to when they can collect the UNWANTED package!!!! Telkom was very quick to bill me, I refuse to pay for it. If they were as fast as they were to get me into signing up they should try and be fast enough to get my query sorted out!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
