Worst ever service provider

Telkom is one of the worst service providers. It is a nightmare to get hold of someone. I have a contract with Telkom. Since last year July the internet hasnt worked. I tried making contact and you don get a response even by dialing their so called customer service line. I didnt pay my account for a month and they deducted 3 months from my bank account. After they deducted the money I still couldn't use the internet. To date I am still not able to use the internet. But I have a contract with them. And that is their bottom line. I will never even motivate to anyone to use Telkom as a provider. Really the worse service ever..
