Worst Ever Service on Uncapped Internet & 3 weeks later still no Landline Connection

<p>About 3 weeks ago, our application for a telkom line and Uncapped Broadband 4MB package was finally approved. A few days later the technician came to our house installed the telkom modem and the line.</p> <p> </p> <p>The internet is poor, Youtube streams nicely but whenever you want to download or upload anything, it doesnt work, sometimes internet blanks out for no apparent reason for5-10mins and its quite erratic. Have told them and they have said they logged the problem and will come fix it, since then its been 3weeks and nothing has been done.</p> <p> </p> <p>A for the landline, its hopeless. We have never received one call even though at first we could call out. but now we have lost our ability to call and we still stting with a line that does nothing!</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom, it better pull up its socks, coz that no way of running a business...:((( frustrated seriously!</p>
