Worst ever service from Telkom

Good day, My landline and ADSL is down since the beginning of December 2018 until now. I have logged numerous faults, just to find out it was cancelled, wrong name, wrong address, any possible excuse you can think of. I have been in daily contact with the Telkom Technical Department and still no joy at all, just promises. My debit order keeps on going off although I do not have any service at all? WHAT TO DO???????? Really really not happy..........
