Worst ever Fiber and Internet Provider

Oky, so we are paying for a 50/100 Mbps line. ( Untrhrottled and uncapped) Biggest BS story ever. We can't even send an email never mind anything else. Phone them, wait 2 years and 6 month for them to answer the phone, just to tell you it looks oky on their side. We constantly running at 18Mbps up and down. So Telkom, Can you please get in touch with me and explain for what I am paying for ??????
