Worst ever!

I took out a 24 months contract in 2018 with Telkom. This year I wanted to cancel it, however it was not possible as On their system it shows I took it out 24 Sept 2018 but I still have 12 months to go before it ends

I went to the store on 22Sept. 2020, they logged a claim. Today is the 3rd of October 2020 and nothing has been done as I went to the storr again to follow up. They give me the same old **** story every time

Telkom is busy robbing me . They also said they cant cancel it immediately in the shop as I will have to pay a cancellation fee... imagine!!!! I am struugling SO much just to cancel my contract which already Expired!!!! Telkom is the Worst!!!!
