Worst ever

The worst ever!I order a router on the 20th of June it was deliver an I phoned to cancel. I then had to phone 2 times to pick up. So it was cancel and pick up by the 2 of July . no surprise the debit order went of the 15the . so made a call again. Sorted out by 20 got refunded on 25the. So telkom said contract is cancelled all in order. So on the 15 of August no surprise debit order went of again and 15of September got a SMS on the 6 of October all 2 cases is finalise no refund!!! No surprise order went of again on the 15 of October still no help from Telkom
