WORST EMPLOYEE AND SERVICE IVE EVER COME ACROSS!!!

About two weeks ago I went to apply for a tablet contract at Telkom, filled in the forms and gave all the documents needed. Firstly they never called to let me know that my contract has been approved and that my tablet came, I had to go there to ask what was going on. As I got there I was told that I cannot recieve my tablet because they lost my bankstatements!!!!!! How in the world does someone loose personal documents like that?? The Lady working there (Stusiki or however you spell it, was so useless) she doesnt even listen to what a person has to say, ignores you flat out and just starts complaining about how tired she is!!!! I got so worked up that I left to get new bankstatements. As i was waiting at the bank I got a call from another man working there, Sylvan!! Thank goodness for that man. He immediately assisted me as I got back and sorted out everything. He was so professional. He was supposed to leave work early but said that he would rather help me and sort my problem out. I hope that Stusuki lady gets a wake up call because just yesterday my mom went to that same store to apply for a contract but was sent away by Stusuki because they didnt have it in stock at the moment!
