Worst email Service ever

I have had A Telkomsa.net email address for many years this has to rate as the poorest isp service in SA. The amount of Spam email that is hitting customers is unprecedented. When it’s reported to the helpdesk they tell you it’s not their responsibility. The Mail Marshal has suddenly stopped working on their side. Last year the same problem occurred, for months on end customers received Spam until they Telkom Resolved the problem. This is an ongoing battle with Telkom they don’t take responsibility for any issue. Another example of them passing the buck is Webmail i.e Zimbra was down for months on end when I reported to helpdesk they asked what browser i’m using I informed them I was using Google Chrome they advised me webmail does not work on chrome any longer and I must use Firefox which also didn’t work. Last month out of the blue Webmail started working on Chrome again. Really I think after Telkom retrenched experienced and knowledgeable staff these issues are getting worse and no one is willing to help they just give a story which is hogwash
