worst disgusting service from walk instores to callcentre

this is the worst experience I have even had, im only trying to retrieve a invoice/receipt with my details on it and have been sent from trade route mall to mall of the south , to telkoms contact centre and no one is able to assist, but when they took the money for the data I bought, there was nothing wrong, disgusting service, I hope to never evenr have to deal with them ever again.
