Worst Dinosaur DSL line ever!

<p>I used Telkom internet for years. Never actually had a problem with the line, the usual on and off problem that they fixed now and then. But ever since November 2016, my 4meg line was suddently a 0.12 meg line. It jumps up and down sometimes to 2.50meg if i'm lucky but goes down quickly under 1 meg. About 20 technitions tried to fix it, but non succeed. I'm off my head!!! I am using internet via my cellphone. I spent about 42Gig on my phone the last month just to have accsess to internet. I'm done, finished!! I can't take this anymore. Telkom is the worst ever!</p>
