Worst delivery service from CourierIT for Telkom Mobile orders

Telkom Mobile must stop using CourierIT delivery service simple because it is useless and unprofessional. Reason being: 1) they do not schedule deliveries with customers - just pitch and expect you to be there. 2) Driver ( ********** ) is arrogant - I made an arrangement with him and he knew exactly that he was not going to come back and deliver the parcel. He even said I must not call him - he will call me back. 3) Their call centre is just relaxed as if they did nothing wrong for not adding my order to today's deliveries. I am certain that the driver had something to do with my order not getting delivered today due to an SMS I sent him about escalating him for not coming back to deliver my order. 4) truly unreliable and unprofessional.

Yesterday, had to leave my meeting in Sandton and drive to Bank City to collect my order that CourierIT driver told me about it when they were at the reception - my understand was that they will schedule a delivery with me prior. Thereafter I made an arrangement with the driver that I will be at Bank City at 10:35 so that he can come back. The day passed without a delivery and today when I phone their call center, they told me it was not scheduled for delivery today and it might be delivered tomorrow.

What ****es me off is that I had to cancel my meeting for this delivery that they knew exactly that were not going to delivery and worst part today it is not scheduled for delivery. This is just worst service provider for any partner that is using CourierIT.

At Telkom Mobile, you must either give us an option to collect our orders at the nearest branch (you can still use CourierIT but deliver at the nearest store choosen by customer) or change this courier service.
