Worst decision and headache...

Telkom advised on their worthless insurance company that milks you on access like nobodies business but yet never delivers any service. They fixed my phone twice and it still came back worse...i dont know how much money i have paid to that insurance. Took it back and booked it in as adviced they still have not even picked it up at the store, this is a week ago. Im leaving the country for xmas and my phone situation is looking bad. I regret the day i walked into telkom. Other companies are just so consistent. After this im cutting all ties with telkom and finrite insurance administrators. I have stayed 75% of the year without my phone. I am fed up.
