Worst customer support!!!

Worst customer support!!!! Like in 0!!! Tried loading a voucher without any success. Call center are automated and only recreate the error and after waiting two days for a response on their website support request a email response referring me back to the call center?? But lets also mention, after responding to their email I receive a bounce saying mailbox are full.
