Worst customer services-telkom
Telkom must be listed the worst for service when it comes to customers.why do they even have a customer service centres when its always bsy 24 7 and no one ever picks up..frustrated as it is,waiting on hold for hours.cant handle this anymore!!!even telkom direct store at gateway should disconnect their line since they cannot pick up...sickning and disgusted by this service!!!
