Worst customer service thus far

The worst contact centre thus far!!!!! Claimed for my phone two months ago and still dont have a phone. when you call their call centre they don't answer or take +20/30 minutes to answer. called them today to tell them which phone i want as a replacement but the agents put me on mute and when i said i will write a review on them she hung up!!! call me immediately ***

very disappointed with Telkom and finrite!
