Worst customer service- Telkom is a ****

Worst customer service to ever exist. For 5 months I've been paying an account they keep blocking, I have a debit order with them for that account that is blocked. This means im paying for a blocked service. I made manual payments, to settle the account, and they say they can't allocate the funds of a reference I was given by them, **** vibes I tell you! No one know **** there.
