Worst Customer Service - Telkom

Once again your company has amazed me with the putrid customer service that you have to offer

An issue that was escalated months ago is still persisting with no attempt at a resolution, all your workers just shift blame and refuse to put me through to a manager/supervisor.

Clarence Madisa was utterly rude, refused to listen, spoke over me and threatened to end the call when I told her that she is speaking nonsense. She also dropped the call after me asking for her to direct me to the survey.

I have no words for your company or untrained staff.
