Worst Customer Service!! Over charged every month!

Worst customer service. Billed incorrectly from day one and when I tried to correct it with a sales assistant, I was told to pay the money upfront and they would refund me (never happened) and I kept getting billed incorrectly. Eventually when I tried to cancel my account they said I have to pay the outstanding balance before I could cancel my account. So I paid the money to cancel it and I am still getting billed two months later. Now they have sent my outstanding bill to the MCS debt collectors as they do don't want to respond to any of my emails to sort out the issue. Try avoid Telkom if possible. They very quick to take your money but not to try help!
