WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NO RESPONSE RE: REFUND

TERRIBLE Customer Service!!!! I have been trying to get my refund from them for 4 months! Every time the agent says my case is closed. And I must send my proof of payment and bank statement. But NOTHING comes of it!!! This is ABSURD!! I WANT MY REFUND!!!! Your cellphone service sucks and so does your customer service. I wouldn't recommend you to ANYONE!
