Worst Customer Service in the world!

At this point in time, I as a customer am livid at the terrible service of Telkom. I have never been so Frustrated with an accounts department in my entire life. Unwilling to help, Unwilling to explain processes, instead of resolving the issue on their side they told me to contact my bank to get them to fix the problem when the problem is not on my side. Staff that don't know their processes giving false information. How can you tell the customer that it's their problem when the company is at fault. To anyone considering Telkom,w I would suggest that you stay far, far away from this company.
