Worst customer service in SA.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I am an entrepreneur and work for myself. After several (16 some cut-off, some failing to assist in mother-tongue) calls and 4 emails (proof of payment), my account has not been resolved and the lines re-instated. One of the call-centre customer care agents assured me that the lines will be re-instated by Friday afternoon, and yet this Monday morning, they still were not re-instated. After another few phone calls, another agent assured me, after I had to forward her the proof of payment again, that the lines will be re-instated/opened within the next 2-5 hours. 6 Hours later, still no success....
