WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SA!!!

I took out a 80GB data sim with Telkom and cancelled 4 days later but Telkom is still debiting me, I got an invoice about a payment and when I called I was assured that this order has been canceled and no money will be debited from my account however I still got debited.

PLEASE cancel this account, causing me unnecessary stress! Your advisors always sound confused but still confirm and promise on something they're not sure about.
