Worst Customer Service In Africa, if not on the planet.

We have been trying to do a contract transfer since october last year, the first try even expired due to lack of feedback from telkom, redid the transfer request in december again and up to now still haven't gotten feedback, when I requested I was told to hold off payments for the contract. I even paid the deposit they requested but transfer still hasn't gone through. Telkom has to be by far the worst service provide when it comes to customer support and communication.
