Worst customer service imaginable.

<p>Remember that Telkom deal a while back where you get a Huawei P9 Lite and a gig of data every month for R200? I remember too. Oh boy, do I. I app**** for that contract over 2 months ago, and after being put on a waiting list for that phone (they were out of stock apparently , for almost 2 months ) I've been told that I have been declined for that contract. When I called Telkom, they informed me that I had been, in fact, approved for it. And that I would receive a call about it later that day. That call still hasn't come. I've called again and after about a brazillion transfers, I'm left with "we will call you about it "... Their service is an absolute disgrace, their employees are as helpful as a teas**** of oil. </p>
