Worst customer service

I am so Unhappy with Telkom, the service is so horrible, from the consultants to managers. no one is helpful in that company.i have 4 contracts and im struggling with the insurance team, sim swap and my statements are always not correct. i call them almost every day and will get assured that the manager will call me back, but no one calls back.its disgusting.
