Worst customer service ever 😡😡

I lost my phone in November 2020, filed a claim with Telkom insurance and I was told that my claim has been recieved and will be processed after 21 days. I made a number of follow ups via email and calls but was never assisted. My contract ended in 2022 yet my account is still being debited to date, with no phone nor a simcard. Telkom has the worst customer service ever together with their phone insurance provider, admin Plus.
