WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Worst service ever , It took Telkom 5 months to finally come out to put a landline in and after giving them directions more than once only when i asked for management number i finally got the line installed only for the line to be left with no service or connection , but my debit is never missed or queried when i finally complained once again I am told by Mark Michael The order was processed and closed off accordingly, please see screen shot. Because your technician did half his job without making sure the line was working before he left ... does not mean the customer was satisfied. I have been struggling for months with this people and i am finally fed up and ready to cancel everything. Worst customer service ever!!!
