worst customer service ever.
ive been on the call over 2 hours with sibongile from telkom and she cannot assist me , telkom is by far the worst network provider when it comes to customer services , Please train your employees!

24 Jul 2020, 09:52i had to drop the call and call again to speak to Boipelo maseko (tech support ) and she couldn't assist me either , why have people on the job that does not know what they are doing , and i don't even know where she received her information from but she sound very unsure and confused on how she can assist me , she said i would receive a call back from nqobile thusini her supervisor but still nothing received till this hour.
