WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I called half a dozen times and each time I get a different story from the customer care agent. Nobody really knows what they are talking about when you call for assistance. The call drops and you call again and then they give you another number to contact when just few mins before that somebody was able to access you data and was able to 'help' you. I spoke to Mikayla and she hung up on me when I gave her a piece of my mind. And Sphesihle gave me another number to contact which turned out to be invalid! It is so frustrating!! Telkom needs to up their customer service or they are going to lose clients!
