Worst customer service ever

I have been with Telkom Mobile since it was called 8ta, that was 2010 ago.

Today i called to enquire why I cannot call certain 011 number when I have Telkom minutes and All net minutes bundles.

My call was answered by one Nonduduzu Cele, she was very rude and basically told me where to get off, Telkom can go listen to the call and advise if this is the service we should be getting.

Am very disappointed and I don't think I will be extending my contracts with Telkom ever again.
