WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! On the 16th of April 2021, I visited the Telkom Store (Cresta) to purchase a month-to-month 'Calling Plan', and from the moment I walked into the shop, Mr Salmaan Khan (sales agent) displayed little desire to assist me; and I was addressed with rude and brusque attitude.

I politely tried to ask the representative about the different mobile plans that were of interest to me, but he refused to deal with my questions. Instead, he continued to be rude, and told me that if I did not like he's answers, I could take my business elsewhere. I was appalled at such behaviour, and decided to end our meeting after 5 minutes without either of us having accomplished anything.

AVOID THIS STORE BY ALL MEANS !!!
