Worst customer service ever!

I had a payment made via their payment portal however was advised that their was an error on the payment portal. This was on the 29th of June I retried making the payment another 3 times and got the same error, when I checked my bank balance all 4 payments were taken. I have raised this with them on the 30th of June and up until today there is no resolution and only one of the payments are reflecting on telkoms end. No one is investigating what happened with the other payments or trace them and getting them refunded even after I have made over 20 calls to them. Pathetic service never use Telkom
