Worst customer service ever
It's been a week since I last complained about Telkom's poor service and still no one has bothered to follow-up with me. One of their technicians came to my house about 5 times just to connect an ADSL line and it was apparent this man didn't really know what he was doing. Less and less people will use Telkom as their ********** service is known across the board and it would be such a shame.
