Worst Customer Service EVER !

I moved from Johannesburg to Pretoria in April 2018.

Since May 2018 i have tried to cancel my Telkom ADSL line. After numerous online attempts, filling in cancellation forms, visiting telkom stores (about 10 times). Each and every month i just get my bill.

Its like NO one listens, no one cares and i have given up. Telkom customer service is the worst i have ever ever experienced

I dont know what to do !
