Worst Customer Service Ever

I just stood in a queue for 2 hours to get the worse customer service ever. How can you have 2 consultants working on a busy Saturday. As I stood there I looked over at mtn who had 6 visable consultants working. Paarl mall Telkom is a disgrace. From the word go it’s been nothing but problems. I decided after that wait and that attitude I got to switch to a different network. Being in the hospitality industry and dealing with people who often ask me about which network to use is a loss to Telkom because I will definitely not be suggesting Telkom to anyone. Cheap but not worth the hassle
