Worst Customer Service Ever

<p>Firstly, what is the purpose of the Telkom Store in Stadium on Main in Claremont? Whenever I go there they refer me to the Call Centre or online. I tried to get a reference number from them today so that I can go to the Post Office to pay my bill. the refused to help. This is not the first time they refuse to help with something. Next I call the Call Centre and they can give me my balance but they can't give me the reference number because their systems are down. So how could they give me my balance if the systems are down? I've had ongoing problems with Telkom over the past few months and I'm starting to wonder why I'm still with them. As far as I'm concerned there's no purpose for a Telkom walk in store as they never able to assist. Then you call the call centre and they lie to you to cover up for their incompetence. When you want to lay a complaint they give you an email address as there' no department to handle complaints and if you ask for a Supervisor then they always busy on another call or unavailable. The best part of this is that I cannot pay my TELKOM phone bill at TELKOM and have to go to the Post Office or PnP or something like that. That is the direct equivalent of me going to fill my car at Caltex then going to Ster Kinekor to pay for it...</p> <p> </p>
