Worst Customer Service ever!

I had the worst customer service from the call centre today.I called the number 081180,selected option 5 and spoke to Dudu.She is the worst person to be working at Customer Service.Her attitude stinks,and her listening skill are nothing to write home about.I had to repeat myself,over and over.She had the audacity of suggesting to give me a name,cause she is not fami**** with my name.When I asked to speak to someone else,she firstly told me that there's no one else available,I insisted on speaking to the manager,she put me on hold for a while,then she hung up on me.With people like Dudu as Customer Service agents,the company is doomed.
