Worst customer service

Telkom has the worst customer service, they don't debit on the agreed date or they don't debit at all. When you do your upgrade over the phone the Tele sales ppl don't even explain to you that they are giving you an unlimited contract, then after 2 months you're owing huge amount of money. I could actually write an entire 2 page review. I cannot wait for my contract to End & I will never rew ever again with them
