Worst customer service by staff at mall of the south branch.

Telkom mall of the south branch. Was assisted by Thobile and Lucky and Gloria. I purchased a laptop on Saturday that came with a mouse, back pack, router, charger, laptop and ms office. Thobile opened the package and gave it to lucky to set up for me. I asked where was the ms office lucky said it was in the box but never showed me. I asked him to install it but he said instructions are on the box i can do it easily at home. When i got home the only boxes i got was for the mouse nd router no ms office. I returned to the store and was treated very badly by the staff like i was lying. No manager was apparently on duty and i was supposed to gett feedback from Gloria and the manager too on the 08th of November in the morning and until now nothing has been communicated to me and my calls are ignored. All i want is the ms office i can not be paying for something i did not receive.
