WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES EVEN THOUGH CHILDRENS LIVES ARE STAKE!!!!!!!

<p><br />DANGEROUS TELKOM CABLES HANGING VERY LOW INTO A RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOL AND THEY FAIL TO SEND SOMEONE TO REMOVE THESE CABLES AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALLS <br />WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We moved into a new residence 2 years ago and the previous owners had a TELKOM landline and adsl line, these cables (3 of them) are hanging extremely low almost onto the swimming pool net. I have informed telkom numerous times by Telephone and email and begged them to send someone out to remove these cables. they just keep asking me for the LANDLINE NUMBER? after I have explained ten thousand times that there is no landline number and these cables or lines are not in use. i gave them my address and expressed my concern for my children but they FAIL TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO REMOVE THESE CABLES. What am I supposed to do further? Cut them by ourselves?</p>
