Worst customer service and efficiency ever experienced
<p>Telkom installed a phone line at our place. My internet service provider requested the line to be released to them by telkom. Initially Icwas told numerous times that it could take up to 7 working days to complete, after 9 working days all of a sudden it is going to take 14 working days and can even take up to 21 working days. The operator couldbt tell me if it is going to take 7, 14 or 21 days. Absolutely pathetic. If the line is not activated before then end of the week I am going to go to another company for satelite internet rather. Telkom is absoluteluy useless.</p>

The problem just persist with our ADSL line. We need internet, and if telkom cant sort this out urgently we are going to cancel our line.
There was a technician at our place on Friday,thank you for that, but regretably we STILL dont have any internet access. My ISP says that telkom needs to come out and check why the line is not authenticating. When I phoned the technician earlier on, I got the same answers that I have been getting from Telkom the past weeks:"please wait 24hours and see if it works then." I cab not wait any longer, we are going to be forced to cancel the line and go to a satelite internet company for internet. I urgently need to get connected and can not wait any longer than today.
