Worst Customer service!

I have been trying to reach Telkom these past 2 weeks! online applications 5 times holding on calls to customer service about an 100 times holding for longer than 38 minutes before i get cutoff . and all i want to do is open an new line with them! if you cant perform do not advertise!!! your sales department is asleep or just do not want to work! or do you even have an sales department? pathetic service.
