Worst customer service

I've had the worst customer service experience ever received from Telkom baywest in regards with my account i have been overcharged for about a year on a router we cannot even use. I went and queries several times and othing happened no one contacted no one messaged or anything. I was there on the on the 15th of October and thry didnt even have a email address for me and told me to phone a number where no one answers. They guy by the name of Kaya sat there with his arms folded, he couldn't even advise me if on my nexy step.
