09 Jan 2023, 19:47On the 24/12/2022 I was in Alberton City and I decided to go to a telkom store after trying several times to cancel my contract and always failing to do so online.
When I got to the store, I was told that they cannot do it for me and it can I ly be done online.
I explained that I tried to do that prior to coming to the store and hence I came in person to cancel it.
The lady and the gentleman (Lerato and Naledi)that assisted me, gave me a paper with the cancelation guidelines and when I looked at it, it was the same steps I have been doing.
The level of unprofessionalism was shocking.
On Sunday 8/1/2023 I visited Telkom in Mall Of The South and I got an exceptional service from Don. From the floor walking when Jayesh (Hope I got her name right) when she was assisting while we were waiting to be served.
5 star for Mall Of the South Staff and zero for Alberton City staff
