worst customer service

Telkom has the worst service ever, online is supposed to be this wonderful and easiest process that one can use but with Telkom never its bad I app**** for a contract with them I was approved and all but waited for a whole two weeks just to receive response on my delivery as if that wasn't bad enough I opted for the contract of 249 and now my bill shows 348 and when I ask nobody responses their live chat is just useless as you will wait a whole 3hours for response, sometimes nothing will be said
